Hiding from life in order to live-
Rejecting love to feel safe-
Pretending you are not vulnerable-

Like a lobster who sheds his shell-
In a painful process of growth-
You need to get exposed-

In order to molt-
Get out of your comfort zone-
First crawl, then walk, then fly and soar-

That was THEN-
And this is NOW-
You are your sculptor and your marble-

First YOU-
Then everyone else-
